Strawberry and Lemon Mixer
Ingredients:StrawberryMeyer lemon* water pure cane sugar Bitterness level: very mild * fruit grown organically by backyard farmers in the Berkeley and Kensington area
Strawberry lemonade was a childhood favorite of Tim's and I think our Strawberry Lemon Mixer captures the flavor of this elusive memory. We use organic strawberries from a family farm on the coast, and Eureka and Meyer lemons from the neighborhood. Mix ¼ cup Strawberry Lemon Mixer with 1 cup sparkling water for a refreshing drink, (or add ¼ rum and 1.2 cup sparkling water for a zesty cocktail!)
