To describe the Blood Orange Marmalade, imagine an adult version of that candy: sweet and fruity with a slight bitter edge, and the most amazing orange flavor. Perfect for the person who isn't quite sure if they like marmalade; the "gateway" jam, if you will. But be careful, one bite and they'll be after your stash. We use Moro blood oranges from the northern Sacramento Valley.
